Paulaner

Tell Us! Let us know! Your knowledge can help!

The Paulaner Brauerei Group and affiliated breweries stand for centuries of tradition, quality and reliability. This promise applies not only to the brewed beers but also to our responsible and sustainable company management. Integrity and legally compliant behaviour are of the highest priority for us.

To protect the integrity of the Paulaner Brauerei Group and prevent possible harm to the group as well as people and the environment, it is important to comply with legal regulations and company-internal rules. It is therefore important to us to learn about compliance violations. We are dedicated to an open communication culture, and we encourage every employee and external third party who is aware of compliance risks to personally contact the typical contact persons at the company. For example: supervisors, the HR department or the competent compliance officer or human rights officer.

However, we also know that this is not always so simple. For this reason, the Paulaner Brauerei Group offers its employees, business partners and third parties (such as customers, suppliers) the Tell Us! system as a secure, electronic whistleblowing system for reporting possible compliance violations or irregularities in the supply chain. Reports of actual or suspected violations of laws or company-internal rules can be submitted via this platform confidentially and, if desired, anonymously. It is also possible to use the Tell Us! system to set up a secured, personal postbox for further written communication.

The protection of our integrity is important to us, but we ask that you use the whistleblowing system responsibly. Only submit information you have first-hand knowledge of and that you believe to be correct. Please consider that casting suspicion on another person can lead to serious consequences for that person.

Thank you for your support!
