The University Hospital Carl Gustav Carus and the Medical Faculty of the Technical University Dresden (hereafter University Hospital Dresden) are committed to responsible and transparent company management. Personal integrity, dependability and compliance with the rules are therefore very important.

The University Hospital Dresden offers Carus Transparent as a whistleblowing system for reporting illegal or inappropriate conduct in order to prevent harm to patients, employees and the University Hospital Dresden. Carus Transparent is the internal reporting point within the meaning of the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG).

The secure platform of Carus Transparent offers you the option of submitting a report anonymously or not. Your anonymity will be protected by state-of-the-art technology. You can help in resolution of the case by setting up a secured postbox after completing your report. This allows us to communicate with you.

Reports received via this system are treated as strictly confidential and forwarded to the Legal department - Compliance division. The incoming reports are processed during typical office hours. This system is not intended for preventing emergencies or hazardous situations!

Carus Transparent is also available to employees of the University Hospital Dresden and the subsidiaries of the University Hospital Dresden (Medizinisches Versorgungszentrum am Universitätsklinikum Carl Gustav Carus GmbH, UKD Service gGmbH, Carl Gustav Carus Management GmbH, Carus Consilium Sachsen GmbH) and external third parties for submitting reports concerning violations of human rights and environmental obligations that occur within our company or at suppliers within the scope of the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act.
